The Door County Maritime Museum Board of Directors recently voted to select The Boldt Company as the General Contractor for the Maritime Lighthouse Tower project. The company was chosen as part of a competitive bidding process.

“Boldt has an outstanding reputation and has been associated with several world-class projects in Door County in recent years, including the Kress Pavilion, the YMCA, Peninsula Players, Door County Medical Center and more,” said DCMM Board President Bill Harder. “People associated with both the Museum and these other organizations have nothing but glowing things to say about their experience working with Boldt, including their top-notch professionalism and exceptional attention to detail in their approach to projects. We are thrilled to be in partnership with such an exemplary company.”

“We congratulate the members and the Board of the Door County Maritime Museum on this wonderful investment,” said Bob DeKoch, President of The Boldt Company. “It is a very important project for the community of Sturgeon Bay and all of the Door County region. It expresses a huge commitment and vote of confidence to the mission of the museum. It is an exciting celebration of the maritime heritage of the area.
